History

Delivered new on 23rd November 1964 to Rudy and Tony J.Neri of 765 Virginia St, San Bernardino, California

Constructed at the San Jose plant, originally delivered in Rangoon Red with red crinkle vinyl interior. The original engine specification was an ‘A’ code 289 4V V8 with manual transmission and limited slip differential

Believed to have been constructed as an SCCA race car very early on its life, the Mustang lived in California until the 2000s

According to invoices held on file, the car was restored in the mid-1990s and was fitted with various upgraded race parts that included a Shelby 1’’ anti roll bar, Polygraphite bar mount kit/lower control arms, race type dual master, alloy race type radiator, Edelbrock carb, Shelby headers, polished crankshaft, full roll cage, racing fuel cell, race type suspension, oil cooler and fibreglass bonnet

Sold in 2008 by David Schroeder of Portland to Mr Raphail Sachs, France, the car was subsequently imported to Europe and road registered in France

Today this Mustang sits extremely well on its American Racing wheels and has a raucous exhaust note with fantastic performance to match. This car offers all the feel, sound and excitement of an original GT350R for a fraction of the price and is supplied with French title
